Despite this being a very lofty goal, this week I want to run a 5k-a-day for the next week. I want to prove to myself that no matter how busy the summer gets, I still have time for fitness and health- so I shall choose staff training week for the Upward Bound summer program to do such things, I will be tired, and not want to do it. I will get cranky and try to make excuses – but I will get through it because not meeting goals is much more annoying to me than all of the other things. If I have to do it in the morning or late at night, whenever – I will do this, and it will be awesome.
